SEE HOW THE BUSINESS REALLY RUNS

In One Week.

What Makes Us Different

Most deals go to market with two legs covered: financial and legal.

Operations is almost always the missing third.

That's the gap we own.

The Operations Blueprint™ is large-format, boardroom-ready documentation of how a business actually runs. Not slide summaries. Not narrative descriptions. A complete visual picture of every process, department, and system.  It's the kind of clarity that lets a buyer underwrite with confidence, a seller command a premium, and an advisor close a cleaner deal.

We do it in one week. On-site or virtual. With your team.

Your financial advisor has the numbers. Your attorney has the structure. We give everyone in the room the one thing that's usually missing: a clear picture of the real operation.

Who We Are

Rev Up Manufacturing is an operational intelligence firm that helps business owners, investors, and acquirers understand how a company actually runs: documenting the institutional knowledge, processes, and dependencies that drive enterprise value but rarely appear in due diligence.

We didn't come from M&A. We came from the floor.

We know what operational curb appeal looks like. We know how to build it. And we know how to put it in front of a room full of people who can act on it.

When a $500M logistics company needed to document key account processes for an investor war room, we built the maps. The company was acquired. Those same documents won new contracts.

That's when the light came on: it wasn't just the financials that moved the deal. It was the visibility.

We're a Kingdom business. Motivated by more than margin: integrity, service, and work built to last.

The Operations Blueprint™ is what we built to fill that gap.

Chris Miller
Founder &
Principal

Chris Miller spent his career on the operations floor before he ever sat in a deal room. He has worked directly with owners, acquirers, and investors through acquisitions, operational transitions, and post-close integration, and holds ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 Lead Auditor credentials.

He specializes in connecting the operational reality of a business to its financial story, revealing the value, risk, and performance behind the numbers.

Brad Reed
Director of
Process Excellence

Brad Reed delivered $537 million in documented savings in a single year at Dell: 29% of the company's total program results as one of thirteen global champions. Most of it came from non-manufacturing environments where data is scarce and process discipline is rare.

He has driven over $40 million in annualized savings across Eli Lilly and the Naval Air Warfare Centers, and rebuilt Delta Faucet's operational excellence program from $100K in annual returns into one delivering more than $10 million. He is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and has led that work across the US, France, Ireland, and the Netherlands.

Brad brings the discipline of finding value where nobody has looked for it — the same instinct the Blueprint applies to an entire operation in a week.

Brian Stutzman
Director of Integration

Brian Stutzman ran a multi-million dollar logistics company for nine years as operating principal before a clean exit. He knows what a buyer is looking at because he has sat on the other side of it.

His work is finding where operations stop keeping pace with the business: where the friction is, how the workflow should be redesigned around it, and what systems belong underneath. He has built software applications that removed manual and invoicing work led modernization projects with up to seventy-five percent time savings.

Brian leads integration: turning the Blueprint into the steps after close, and staying in the weeds until the operation runs the way the deal assumed it would.
