His diverse industry background includes medical device manufacturing, logistics and supply chain management, automotive, and agricultural equipment manufacturing.

Director of Technology
Jeff is an innovative, results-driven leader with a proven track record in logistics and active duty Air Force Reserves.
He thrives in process improvement, technology/ software, customer management, and risk management.

Process Engineer
With a Purdue University Mechanical Engineering degree, he brings over 13 years of hands-on manufacturing experience.
He has been integral to product development, from establishing global supply chains to machine programming, managing operations, engineering, and quality control.
Ronald Design Engineer
Ronald brings over 10 years of SolidWorks experience and a reputation for fast, accurate design work. He moves quickly from concept to prototype — whether that's a machined part, a 3D printed component, or a production-ready model. If it needs to be built, Ronald can design it.
Raj
Design Engineer
Raj brings hands-on experience in mechanical design, CAD modeling, and manufacturing processes. Proficient in SolidWorks and AutoCAD, he translates concepts into detailed, production-ready designs — from initial model to finished component.
